MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle showed just how clueless liberals are about guns during a recent segment regarding Wednesday morning’s shooting at the Republican congressional baseball practice in Alexandria, Virginia.
Ruhle was joined by MSNBC terrorism analyst Malcolm Nance on while reports about the shooting and the gunman were still coming in, and Nance speculated as to whether there was a “scope” on the gun used.
However, Ruhle was apparently confused by the term, as she had to ask Nance to explain what he meant by the word “scope.”
“Malcolm, slow down. Walk me through, for those of us who are not familiar with weapons, what exactly does a scope mean?” the MSNBC host asked, to which Nance responded in the simplest way possible.
He explained that a “scope” is a long optic that you put on top of a gun to gain a much closer field of view. It allows a shooter to see the target better and gives him the ability to shoot with some measure of precision.
